البرلمان العربي يرفض ويدين بيان هيومان رايتس ووتش حول الجيش المصري

أدان البرلمان العربي البيان الصادر عن منظمة هيومن رايتس ووتش الذي تنتقد فيه سياسات الجيش المصري بشأن هدم عدد من البيوت في شبه جزيرة سيناء في إطار الحملة التي يشنها ضد عناصر تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، معتبراً أن هذا البيان المغرض يُعد “سقطة جديدة” للمنظمة التي دأبت على إصدار بيانات بهدف تبني مواقف سياسية معينة، ولا تمت للعمل الحقوقي بصلة، وكان على المنظمة أن تفصل بشكل واضح بين محاربة الإرهاب ومحاولاتها المستمرة لتسييس قضايا حقوق الإنسان.

ويؤكد البرلمان العربي أن ما تطرق إليه بيان المنظمة يتعلق بأمور سيادية تخص المؤسسة العسكرية والدولة المصرية حصراً، ولا يجوز للمنظمة التدخل فيها تحت أي مبرر، متسائلاً عن المصادر المشبوهة التي اعتمدت عليها المنظمة فيما تضمنه بيانها من أكاذيب ومعلومات مضللة، لا تستند إلى أية حقائق أو دلائل موضوعية، وهو ما يمثل تدخلاً سافراً وغير مقبول في الشئون الداخلية المصرية.

ويوضح البرلمان العربي أن الحملة التي يشنها الجيش المصري ضد عناصر تنظيم داعش في سيناء تأتي دفاعاً عن أهم حق من حقوق الإنسان الذي تُنكِل به التنظيمات الإرهابية، وهو الحق في الحياة.

ويعرب البرلمان العربي عن استهجانه واستغرابه الشديد في الوقت نفسه من هذا الموقف المشبوه الذي تبنته منظمة هيومان رايتس ووتش إزاء الجيش المصري، مضيفاً أنه بدلا من مساندة ودعم الجهود المصرية في محاربة الإرهاب، انحدرت المنظمة إلى مستوى جديد من التدني في عملها وابتعدت تماماً عن المهنية والحرفية والمصداقية، وكان الأولى بها أن ترصد وتُدين الانتهاكات المستمرة التي تتعرض لها حقوق الإنسان بسبب الجرائم والعمليات الإرهابية التي يقوم بها تنظيم داعش وغيره من التنظيمات الإرهابية، التي يتصدى لها الجيش المصري ويدفع ثمناً غالياً لذلك من دماء أبنائه الشهداء الأبرار.

ويشدد البرلمان العربي على رفضه التام لأي إساءة إلى المؤسسة العسكرية المصرية، التي تقوم بدور وطني وقومي في التصدي للتنظيمات الإرهابية، ليس دفاعاً عن أمن مصر فقط، وإنما عن المنطقة والعالم بأسره، مؤكداً دعمه الكامل للجهود المُخلصة والمقدرة التي يقوم بها الجيش المصري في محاربة الإرهاب، والتي تمثل حائط صد أمام تمدد التنظيمات الإرهابية إلى العديد من دول العالم الأخرى.

The Arab Parliament rejects and denounces Human Rights Watch statement against the Egyptian Army and reiterates its absolute support for its efforts to counter terrorism

The Arab Parliament (AP) strongly condemned the statement issued Human Rights Watch (HRW) in which it criticized the Egyptian Army’s policies continuing home demolitions in the Sinai Peninsula where facing ISIS terrorist militants; the AP considered this tendentious statement a “new downfall” for HRW which has been releasing statements fostering certain political positions just so far away from human rights work; adding that HRW should sufficiently differentiate between the fight against terrorism and its continuous attempts to politicize human rights issues.
The AP reiterated that HRW statement broached sovereign af-fairs limited strictly to the military institution and the Egyptian state, and cannot be interfered with under any justification. The AP wondered about the suspicious sources on which HRW relied on in its statement that included lies and mislead-ing information not based on any objective facts or evidence, the matter which represents a blatant and unacceptable inter-ference in the internal affairs of Egypt.
The AP clarified that the Egyptian Army campaign directed against ISIS militants in Sinai defend the foremost human rights, the right to life, which is hazed by the terrorist organiza-tions.
The AP expressed its outrage and astonishment regarding HRW suspicious position towards the Egyptian Army, as in-stead of supporting the Egyptian efforts in countering terror-ism, HRW dipped into a new level of decline in its work where it fade away entirely from professionalism and credibility; not-ing that HRW should have monitor and denounce the continu-ous violations to human rights committed by ISIS and other terrorist organizations addressed by the Egyptian Army and sacrificing the lives of numerous of its finest Egyptian youth.
The AP stressed its categorical refusal of any offense to the Egyptian Military Institution that plays a significant patriotic role in confronting the terrorist organizations not only to pro-tect the security of Egypt but also to maintain the security of the region and the whole world. The AP affirmed its full sup-port to the sincere and dedicated efforts deployed by the Egyp-tian Army to counter terrorism which represent a deterrent to the expansion of terrorist organizations to many other coun-tries worldwide.

Le Parlement Arabe rejette et condamne le communiqué issu par Human Rights Watch sur l’armée égyptienne et affirme son plein soutien à ses efforts de lutte contre le terrorisme.
Le Parlement Arabe a condamné le communiqué issu par Human Rights Watch critiquant la politique de l’armée égyptienne sur la destruction d’un nombre d’immeubles résidentiels dans la péninsule du Sinaï dans le cadre de sa campagne contre les terroristes de l’Etat islamique, estimant que ce communiqué tendan-cieux est un “nouvel échec” de l’organisation qui a fait des déclarations dans le but d’adopter certaines positions politiques, et n’a aucune relation avec le travail en faveur des droits de l’homme, et que l’organisation aurait dû clairement sépa-rer la lutte contre le terrorisme et ses tentatives continues de politiser les ques-tions relatives aux droits de l’homme.
Le Parlement Arabe affirme que le communiqué issu par l’organisation concerne des questions souveraines qui concernent exclusivement l’établissement militaire et l’État égyptien, et que l’organisation n’a aucun droit d’y interférer sous aucun prétexte, s’interrogeant sur les sources suspectes sur lesquelles l’organisation s’est appuyée, pour diffuser de telles informations erronées et trompeuses conte-nus dans son communiqué, qui ne sont fondées sur aucun fait ou preuve objec-tifs, ce qui représente une ingérence flagrante et inacceptable dans les affaires in-térieures égyptiennes.
Le Parlement Arabe précise et souligne que la campagne lancée par l’armée égyp-tienne contre les membres de l’Etat islamique dans le Sinaï vise à défendre le droit de l’homme le plus important que les organisations terroristes violent, à savoir le droit à la vie.
Le Parlement Arabe exprime sa réprobation et son étonnement extrême de cette position suspecte adoptée par l’organisation de Human Rights Watch envers l’armée égyptienne, ajoutant qu’au lieu de soutenir et d’appuyer les efforts égyp-tiens dans la lutte contre le terrorisme, l’organisation est descendue à un nouveau niveau de déclin de son travail et s’est complètement éloignée du professionna-lisme et de la crédibilité, et aurait dû surveiller et condamner les violations conti-nues des droits de l’homme en raison des crimes et des opérations terroristes per-pétrés par l’Etat islamique et d’autres organisations terroristes, que l’armée égyp-tienne affronte et en paie le prix fort du sang de ses martyrs vénérables.
Le Parlement Arabe souligne son rejet total de toute offense à l’establishment mi-litaire égyptien, qui joue un rôle patriotique et national face aux organisations terroristes, non seulement pour la défense de la sécurité de l’Égypte, mais aussi pour la région et le monde entier, affirmant son plein soutien aux efforts authen-tiques et compétents entrepris par l’armée égyptienne dans la lutte contre le terro-risme, qui constitue un mur de répulsion contre l’expansion des organisations ter-roristes dans de nombreux autres pays du monde.
