غدًا .. انطلاق فعاليات معرض سيتي سكيب مصر 2023 أكبر معرض عقاري في أفريقيا في الفترة من ٢٠ إلى ٢٣ سبتمبر الجاري

القاهرة في 19 سبتمبر 2023: تنطلق غداً الأربعاء فعاليات النسخة الثانية عشر 2023 من معرض سيتي سكيب مصر، أكبر وأهم معرض عقاري في مصر وأفريقيا، والذي تنظمه شركة إنفورما ماركتس Informa Markets، الرائدة عالمياً في تنظيم المعارض، تحت رعاية وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، ابتداء من يوم 20 سبتمبر وحتى 23 سبتمبر بمركز مصر الدولي للمعارض(EIEC) بالقاهرة الجديدة، وذلك بحضور عدد من قيادات القطاع العقاري في مصر، حيث سيقوم الدكتور/ وليد عباس، نائب رئيس هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة لقطاع التخطيط والمشروعات والمشرف على مكتب وزير الإسكان، بافتتاح المعرض والتجول بين أجنحة المطورين العقاريين المختلفة .
يشارك في معرض سيتي سكيب مصر 2023 أكثر من 70 عارضاً من كبرى الشركات العقارية في مصر والعالم، والتي ستستعرض خلال المعرض عدد كبير من المشروعات والتجمعات السكنية، التي تم بناؤها وفقا لأحدث وأرقى التصميمات العالمية. ويقام المعرض على مساحة 35 ألف متر مربع، مقسمة على 4 صالات مغطاة ويتوقع حضور أكثر من 20 ألف زائر على مدار أيامه الأربعة.
وتتضمن فعاليات المعرض منصة Cityscape Talks التي تستهدف مناقشة أهم تطورات القطاع بين الخبراء من القطاعين العام والخاص والقطاع، ومستقبل القطاع في مصر، ومعايير البناء وتصميمات المشروعات الحديثة، فضلا عن الأنشطة والفعاليات التي سيتم تنظيمها على هامش المعرض.
