بحضور قيادات بارزة من القطاعين العام والخاص اللجنة التوجيهية لسيتي سكيب 2026 تناقش جدول أعمال القمة

القاهرة، 26 أبريل 2026: عقدت اللجنة التوجيهية لقمة سيتي سكيب 2026 اجتماعًا ضم نخبة من كبار المسؤولين الحكوميين والمطورين العقاريين والمستثمرين وممثلي الجهات التنظيمية، بهدف مناقشة وإقرار جدول اعمال القمة القادمة بالشكل الذي يحقق استراتيجية تدعم نمو السوق العقاري المصري وتعزز فرص الاستثمار والتنمية العمرانية المستدامة.
وتضم اللجنة التوجيهية لسيتي سكيب 2026 كلاً من:
• المهندس خالد عباس، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية
• المهندس فتح الله فوزي، رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة مينا لاستشارات التطوير العقاري
• الدكتور أحمد شلبي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة تطوير مصر ورئيس مجلس العقار المصري
• أيمن عامر، المدير العام لشركة سوديك
• المهندس تامر ناصر، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة سيتي إيدج للتطوير العقاري
وناقشت اللجنة محاور رئيسية شملت تحفيز الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي، وتعزيز ثقة المستثمرين، وتحديد أولويات القطاع خلال المرحلة المقبلة، إلى جانب بحث فرص التعاون الإقليمي والتوسع في الاستثمارات العابرة للحدود. كما تناولت المناقشات فرص النمو في قطاعات الضيافة والسياحة والتجزئة والمشروعات متعددة الاستخدامات، مع تسليط الضوء على الدور المتنامي لمراكز البيانات والبنية التحتية الرقمية، وإمكانات مصر للتحول إلى مركز إقليمي للبيانات يربط بين إفريقيا والشرق الأوسط وأوروبا.
استعرض الاجتماع أيضاً تأثير المتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية والإقليمية على السوق العقاري المصري، وفرص تموضع مصر كمركز استثماري آمن في ظل التحديات الجيوسياسية التي تمر بها المنطقة.
وفي هذا السياق، قال روبير دانيال، مدير معرض سيتي سكيب مصر: “يعكس اجتماع اللجنة التوجيهية التزامنا بتقديم منصة أكثر تأثيرًا وشمولًا تجمع مختلف أطراف المنظومة العقارية، مع التركيز على الابتكار وتعزيز الشراكات التي تدعم نمو القطاع. ونعمل في نسخة سيتي سكيب 2026 على تطوير تجربة القمة بما يواكب التحولات المتسارعة في السوق ويفتح آفاقًا جديدة للمستثمرين والمطورين.”
من جانبه، قال المهندس خالد عباس، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة العاصمة الإدارية للتنمية العمرانية: “المرحلة المقبلة ستشكل مستقبل القطاع العقاري في مصر، خاصة في ظل المتغيرات الجيوسياسية الحالية في منطقة الخليج وتأثيراتها على المشهد الإقليمي، مما سيعيد تشكيل ملامح القطاع، وهو ما يعزز من أهمية السوق المصري الذي يشهد تزايدًا في مكانته الاستراتيجية. يأتي دور قمة سيتي سكيب من خلال تعزيز التكامل بين القطاعين العام والخاص لدعم خطط التنمية وتحقيق رؤية الدولة في بناء مجتمعات عمرانية مستدامة وجاذبة للاستثمار.”
وفي هذا السياق، أكد الدكتور أحمد شلبي، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب لشركة تطوير مصر ورئيس مجلس العقار المصري: “يرتكز مستقبل القطاع على الاستدامة كأولوية واضحة، إلى جانب أهمية تنظيم ورش عمل تفاعلية تنقل المعرفة وتدفع الابتكار داخل المجتمعات المحلية. كما تزداد أهمية عرض فرص الاستثمار وفق بيانات رقمية دقيقة، من خلال مؤشرات واضحة وطرح صريح للتحديات، خاصة مع حضور دولي يعكس رؤية عالمية مدعومة بخبرة محلية، ما يعزز من قيمة الحدث وتأثيره. ويواصل سيتي سكيب دوره في دعم بناء قطاع عقاري مستدام وجاذب للاستثمار عالميًا، مستندًا إلى قصص نجاح قوية في السوق المصري. وفي الوقت نفسه، يمثل النمو السكاني المتسارع تحديًا وفرصة حقيقية لتسريع وتيرة التنمية.”
وأضاف أيمن عامر، المدير العام لشركة سوديك: “تظل الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة وتحويلات المصريين بالخارج من المحركات الأساسية لنمو القطاع، لا سيما في ظل تزايد اهتمام المستثمرين بالسوق المصرية، مدعومًا بتحسن آليات تدفق رؤوس الأموال وإعادة تحويلها بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية. وفي ضوء ذلك، نتوقع تحولًا كبيرًا في القطاع خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة.”

جدير بالذكر أن النسخة الخامسة عشرة من سيتي سكيب مصر ستقام خلال الفترة من 30 سبتمبر إلى 3 أكتوبر، بمشاركة أكثر من 80 مطورًا عقاريًا يستعرضون ما يزيد عن 1,000 مشروع، وذلك في ظل التحول المتسارع للقطاع العقاري المصري نحو النمو المستدام، مدعومًا بتدفقات استثمارية عالمية وثقة دولية متزايدة.

Cairo, April 26, 2026: The Cityscape 2026 Steering Committee held an official meeting bringing together a distinguished group of senior government officials, real estate developers, investors, and regulatory representatives, with the aim of shaping a strategic vision that supports the growth of Egypt’s real estate market and enhances investment opportunities and sustainable urban development.
The Cityscape 2026 Steering Committee includes:
• Eng. Khaled Abbas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development (ACUD)
• Eng. Fathallah Fawzy, Chairman of Mena for Touristic Real Estate Consultancy
• Dr. Ahmed Shalaby, Co-Founder, President and CEO of Tatweer Misr, and Chairman of the Egyptian Real Estate Council
• Ayman Amer, General Manager of SODIC
• Eng. Tamer Nassar, CEO of City Edge Developments
The committee discussed key themes including stimulating local and foreign investment, enhancing investor confidence, and defining sector priorities for the upcoming phase, in addition to exploring opportunities for regional collaboration and cross-border investments. Discussions also covered growth prospects across hospitality, tourism, retail, and mixed-use developments, while highlighting the growing role of data centers and digital infrastructure, as well as Egypt’s potential to become a regional data hub connecting Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
The meeting also reviewed the preliminary agenda of the Cityscape Summit, which will address the impact of global and regional economic shifts on Egypt’s real estate market, and the country’s positioning as a safe investment hub amid ongoing geopolitical challenges in the region.
